The Cerbului hydro-karst system is located on the left side of the Great Hazel Valley. It consists of Cerbului and Avenul cu Vaca. Access is allowed for speleological research.

Deer Cave is displayed on approximately 6,000 m and has a 123 m bump. From the classification perspective, we find sectors which are founded into the protection category A and sectors into the protection category B. The Metro Gallery, located at the entrance to Deer Cave, is a bat colony. In Marder Gallery we meet mummified fauna: martens, bats, rodents.

Avenul cu Vaca (The swallow-hole with cow) is merged with the Deer Cave, but the access is sometimes restricted by the ice blocks gathering inside of it.
